My current insurance policy includes: employers liability insurance (to cover for possible labour or subcontractors), public liability insurance and ‘All risk contract insurance’ to cover for those unexpected situation such as theft of tools, van, materials, etc… Any possible damage to the property caused either while working on the property or as a result of faults is also covered by my insurance up to £100,000.00 worth of repairs.
